How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will do our best to process your order within 2-3 business days. During new product launches or promotional periods our processing times are 7-10 business days. We are currently shipping out three times a week, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order once it’s been processed.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and then a second email once we have shipped your order which will have a link for tracking.
What currency are your prices listed in?
We are a proudly Vancouver-based company and, therefore, all of our prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase them here.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, PayPal, Sezzle and gift cards issued by Flax Home. Only one form of payment per order is possible (with the exception of gift cards).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will do our best to process your order within 1-2 business days. During new product launches or promotional periods our processing times are 7-10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order once it’s been processed. Shipping transit times are between 7-10 business days.

All of our prices are listed in US dollars.

How much is shipping?
Expedited shipping is free for orders over $350 in the continental USA. For orders under $350, we charge a flat rate of $15 per order. Free expedited shipping within the continental USA is offered to all Flax Friends and Family members (orders for Flax Friends must be over $150).
Do you offer gift cards?
At this time we do not offer gift cards.
Will there be customs charges on my order?
No, you will not be charged additional customs or duties on your order.

How much is shipping?
Expedited shipping is free Canada-wide for orders over $350. For Canadian orders under $350, we charge a flat rate of $15 per order. Free expedited shipping within Canada is offered to all Flax Friends and Family members (orders for Flax Friends must be over $150).
Who do you use to ship?
We ship all orders through Canada Post.
Can I choose a faster shipping option?
Absolutely - priority and express shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Who do you use to ship?
We ship all orders through UPS ground this service takes 7-10 days.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Returns
What if I don’t love my linen?
If you’re not 100% sure, you don’t have to decide right away. Take a couple of nights. Hey, take a few weeks.
With our 30-Night Sleep On It program, we’ll refund your purchase price if you’re not absolutely in love with your linen by then. Just send an email to hello@shopflaxhome.com to begin the return process. We require that returns arrive at our fulfillment center or that tracking information has been provided prior to the end of the 30 day period.
You will receive a refund in the original method of payment once we inspect the returned item(s). All returned items are donated to a local charity, so we ask that they come back undamaged and unmarked. We do not accept gift card returns. All shipping (including for returns) and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Can I return sale items?
Last chance and marked down items cannot be returned for a refund, however it is possible to exchange or return these items for store credit.
What happens to my returned items?
We believe that everyone deserves #ASafePlacetoSleep, so all returned goods are donated to Atira Women’s Resource Society - a not-for-profit located in Vancouver, Canada that provides support to women and children affected by gendered violence and abuse.
I live in Vancouver. Can I return in person?
You can! Our Showroom is located at 858 East Hastings St. We are open Monday-Friday from 1-4pm.

How long does linen bedding last?
Due to numerous variables regarding laundering, frequency of use and how you interact with your bedding, it’s impossible to put a definite lifespan on your new linen. All of our linen bedding has a weight of 170 GSM (grams per square meter) and is pre-washed prior to arriving at your home. As a result of this softening process, it’s farther along in its lifespan compared to thicker, heavy duty linen. If we didn’t do this, your linen bedding would be incredibly rough and uncomfortable to sleep in.
Although linen is a durable material, it’s not immune to the wear and tear that can result from frequent use and improper laundering. Because they are put through more consistent stress (due to friction, usually around pressure points and where the feet rest), fitted sheets can show signs of wear earlier than their bedding set counterparts. This is not a flaw or error, but rather a normal occurrence and result of frequent use.
To help address this, we recommend rotating between two or more fitted sheets and following our linen care tips!
Where are your items made?
We’re proud to work with family-owned manufacturers in Guangdong, China, Vilnius, Lithuania, and Guimaraes, Portugal who produce our high quality European linen bedding, towels and Cuisine collection items.
Do your sheets fit a deep pocket / pillow top mattress?
Our King and Queen fitted sheets are 17” deep, our Double fitted sheets are 14.5” deep and our Twin fitted sheets are 14” deep.
What are your products made of?
All of our goods are made from 100% linen milled from certified European-grown flax.
How should I care for my linen?

Is it normal for my linen to shed?
It is perfectly normal. In fact, this is actually what makes your sheets softer after each wash! Linen undergoes a natural shedding process once washed and dried. As your linen softens with age, the excess fibres need to be removed and this results in shedding. Check out our care tips for more information on laundering and the shedding process.
Do your sheets fit a deep pocket / pillow top mattress?
Our King and Queen fitted sheets are 43cm deep, our Double fitted sheets are 38cm deep and our Twin fitted sheets are 35cm deep.
